Revaluations and capital gains in the context of natural resource accounting, 2001 (19-11-12)
graduated from the Australian National University with a BEc (Hons.) in 1984 and from the University of Melbourne with a PhD in Economics in 2001. He first worked at ABARE, then at the University of Melbourne in the (then) Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, then (from 1996-2000) at the university’s Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research. From 2001-2003 he lectured at La Trobe University, until being appointed Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney in January of 2004.
