Professor Emeritus of Accountancy, Teaches courses in management accounting, international business, and international accounting. Has developed and taught courses for executive education programs (recently in Prague, Budapest, Warsaw). Research focuses on performance evaluation and management accounting in multinational companies, development of environmental accounting, and privatization issues (legal, accounting, social). Has served as a consultant to Esso, Siemens, Haendler & Natermann, IBM, HoeschAG, Deutsche TreuhandAG, and other companies (1963-present).
