Resumen: The Russian Federation is the first non-OECD country to be reviewed under the Organisation's Regulatory Reform Programme. The Russia review follows a multidisciplinary approach and covers the overall economic context for regulatory reform, the government's capacity to manage regulatory reform, competition policy and enforcement, and market openness. The review also examines the regulatory framework in the electricity and railway sectors.
